Stepping Up, Not Back: A Live Conversation for White Women in Nonprofits

You’re Feeling the Weight of This Moment. You’re Not Alone.

Funding cuts. Board pressures. Uncertainty everywhere.

Nonprofits are under attack, and the pressure is real. If you’re a white woman working in the sector, you’re likely feeling it—watching funding disappear, navigating impossible board expectations, and wondering how to keep pushing for equity when everything feels uncertain.

The truth? That fear is by design.

We are meant to feel small. To take fewer risks. To comply in advance.

But we know that when we organize, we win.

This is why we’re hosting a free live conversation—a space to cut through the overwhelm, ground ourselves in action, and tap into the power of community.

Join Us Live: April 9 @ 1 PM PST

📍 Where: LinkedIn Live

When: April 9, 2025 | 1 PM PST

This Is for You If…

🔹 You’re overwhelmed by funding uncertainty and political instability.

🔹 Your board is pressuring you to remove DEI language from your work.

🔹 You’re struggling with how to talk to donors in this moment.

🔹 You’re watching nonprofits collapse and wondering if yours is next.

🔹 You want to show up in alignment with your values—but don’t know how.

We’ll discuss:

The real threats to nonprofits right now—and how we push back.

How to fight the urge to freeze and move into action instead.

Tactical ways to bring back abundance and build funding resilience.

How to use your gatekeeping power for real impact right now.

Why You Should Show Up

This isn’t another webinar filled with vague platitudes.

This is a working session where we will name what’s happening, connect the dots, and figure out how to move forward—together.

Because white women hold 84% of nonprofit leadership roles. The sector will not shift unless we shift.
